Latham holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law; he graduated in 2019. While in law school, he was selected as a Finalist in the 2019 Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, and he was awarded the Henderson M. Somerville Prize for Outstanding Achievement in the Legal Profession Course. Latham also served as an Associate Editor on Volume 10 of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. His student note, “The Real McCoy: MRPC 1.2 as a Window to the Future of Sixth Amendment Rights,” will be published in Volume 11.2 of the Law Review.Bar Admission: Latham was admitted to practice law in the state of Alabama in September of 2019. Professional Memberships: Latham is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Community Involvement: A Tuscaloosa County native, Latham is a parishioner at St. Francis University Parish and a member of Young Tuscaloosa.
